Alterations

Side panels from the waist up and plunge nude with top cut panel to ivory, leaving plunge nude. Dress was taken in at waist and hip, but can be let back out. The cup was removed and D cup sewn in.
The hem was also taken up. I wore 5 inch heels and I am 5 foot 2 inches.

There is room to let the sides upper torso sides, waist and hip out along with the hem by about an inch in each place.
