The Dress

A stunning creation by the talented Leah Da Gloria, Sydney to suit any modern/ traditional wedding. Worn with a cathedral length veil in Brisbane's St Stephan's cathedral, the dress then made its way to GOMA for a modern reception.

The bodice includes hand-sewn beading that is both incredibly detailed and beautiful. The beading is reinforced with a French lattice underlay with modest "bling" so as to maintain its classic feel and structure.

The skirt is full length to the floor and flares slightly out the back from underneath the hips to give any shape a gorgeous silhouette. This is also accentuated by the beading which comes down the back beside the silk buttons and around the hips.

The train is approx 1.5 - 2m and looks magical with the full length veil. Stunning for any bride at any wedding!

Custom made - approximately a size 8 with smaller waist and silhouetted hips. Usually an 8-10 on the bottom however there is enough material on the inside to let the dress out if needed. Due to it being custom made the 'average' size may not apply so it's best to come try it on. Willing to reduce the price if alterations are needed.

Professionally dry cleaned immediately after wedding to remove dirt from the bottom of dress. Slight traces of markings on the inside of the bottom of the dress which cannot be seen from the outside.
