This Windsor overskirt is so beautiful and definitely transforms a dress. I was planning to wear it with my dress as shown in pictures, but we had an outdoor wedding and rain the morning of so I was afraid of the bottom getting ruined and never wore it. The only alterations made were adding small clear snaps to the waist line so it could be snapped to my dress and a hem (I'm 5'6"). The tag had also been cut out because it was showing through the sheer tulle, but I have email
