The Dress

I fell in love with this dress from the moment I tried it on.

I usually wouldn't go for mermaid but this dress has a slight different skirt and interesting seam lines so that it compliments the body in such a natural way. The matte satin was so luxurious - the picture does not do it justice!

The back is just as breath-taking, with a string of pearl beads that flow down into a dramatic train. The lace is so delicate and adds perfect detail to the dress.

I loved the clever little elastic piece under the train that meant you could clip it up for a different and more practical skirt for the reception and dance very easily in it. I also wore a long veil in the chapel for more modesty and took this off for reception.

I am shattered to be selling my dress but I need to fund my studies. Therefore I am selling it at less than 40% of its original purchase price but only until July.

It was made in the US and is now available to try on at a wedding dress boutique. Already dry-cleaned.
