The Dress

My dress was hand-made by a very special family friend. The colour has to be my favourite thing about the dress - it's has a gorgeous pale blush undertone with white lace which covers the entire dress. The 3/4 sleeve gives it such a classical and timeless appeal. The fit of the dress is very flattering with a slight flare off the hips. It has a stay in the waist (which has two different pop button settings) with the boning attached to it as well as a zip up the back. The sleeve sits just on the shoulder and is secured with a self-adhesive elastic (same type of rubber lining that is found on a bra strap). There is a small train and a loop which can be placed around your wrist when dancing.

Our wedding was on the 8th of April 2017 and since then the dress has been thoroughly dry cleaned and has been safely kept in the bag waiting for it's new owner.
