The Dress

When getting married it is all about the dress! This Morilee, Spring 2017 collection dress caught my attention the first time I went to the boutique! I wanted something exquisite, lacey, and unique. I truly felt like a princess: elegant and beautiful! I fell in love with the venice lace appliqués on net, satin buttons down the back, and off-the-shoulder illusion neckline. I hope you fall in love with it as I did. It was worn for my recent wedding ceremony and was not worn dancing, trudging through forests, and never went through a trash-the-dress experience, lol. The dress has 4 layers, yet is comfortable and reasonably light weight. A matching satin lining with padding attached (to forego the semi-transparent abdominal area like the model picture, but it’s removalable).
I wanted the dress to have a little sparkle to it, so attached to the waist but easily removable is a studded diamond and pearl belt (Retail: $300). I have a matching ivory, two-layer, fingertip veil edged with silver flowers and pearl beads, and a matching tiara/head band that is also for sale.

Alterations

Tag says size 8 but I’m a street size 2.
Boutique measurements: Bust: 34, Waist 27, hips 37.5. It was taken in at the waist and altered to my height of 5'5 3/4" and worn with 1 inch heals.
