About the Dress

Light and ethereal are two perfect words to describe this dress. It is easy to wear, light on the body, and glamorous without being over the top. I felt like myself in this dress. When we found it, there were tears all around. My favorite things about this dress are the hand embroidery, beading and amazing embellished back yoke. The back is sheer with allover silver embroidery, beading, crystal-like rhinestones & mesh. In person the color is a light cream color.
The skirt is made up of layers and godets of tulle and it is satin lined. The front bodice has a deep v neckline with silver embroidery and iridescent rhinestones. The back yoke is sheer and covered with an intricate embroidery and 'crystal' buttons with a loop closure. There are 26 buttons in total! Take care making sure they line up correctly. The cut is ultra-flattering for a curvier body . Wearing this dress, I am 5' 4" and weighed 167 lbs. I'm typically 12/14. I'm including the veil with the dress, it is an elegant hand embroidered piece. The color has a similar peach undertone and is beautiful.

I wore 3 inch heels with the dress and I am 5' 4". The dress was altered at the waist, chest, length & skirt. (it was a size 18). The skirt is airy and light. In addition to being professionally dry cleaned, it's been tailored at the hem (raw edge). I'm a size 36D, and had added soft cups . I've since removed these so you can tailor to your needs. I definitely need the padding. The pads were tacked on & did not leave a mark on the bodice. Please message me with any questions!
