The Dress

I am selling my absolutely stunning Stella York gown. I purchased the gown new from Brides to Be at Somersby.

The dress is Mink (dusty pink tone) with ivory lace overlay. It is also worth mentioning the glamorous sequin layer under the lace, it truly is stunning.
Although the dress is strapless I added a button up jacket.

I feel I was on the larger side of 16 on my big day but the corset back would allow for a smaller waisted bride. I personally liked the shop sample that was a size bigger as it didn’t hug my stomach and hips. I have been told Stella York sizes are usually two sizes higher than street size.

I soaked the dress right after my big day and washed it inside out on a gentle cycle. It is near perfect. I took great care not to hang it while wet and it is safely stored back in its bag.
Gown comes from a smoke free home

I am 165cm tall and the dress was ideal length that I wasn’t treading on the hem (I did wear heals). The jacket mentioned has clear plastic studs attached and corresponding studs on the dress- I’m sure these could be removed if unwanted. The dress has two bussells- hook for the top layer of lace and a tie to gather the rest of the skirt/train.
