The Dress
I bought this dress for my wedding in an art deco / art nouveau theater. It fit the venue perfectly and has an elegant vintage charm. The bodice is hand beaded by the Australian designer and the bottom is made of an incredibly lightweight silk that flows with you as you walk. The dress has buttons down the back concealing a hidden zipper.
The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned since the wedding.
The dress originally had a halter strap which I had a seamstress remove. I also had a seamstress remove some cups/padding from the bodice, as the dress was made for a 34C bust and I myself am a 32DD. I have saved the padding and the original strap, which could easily be reattached and will be sent along with the dress.
I am typically between a US size 0 and 2. I have a 26-inch waist, and the dress fit perfectly. I am 5'2 and wore 4 and 1/2 inch heels. The dress would likely be ideal for someone 5'6 or shorter.
