The Dress

Do you want to feel like a SUPERSTAR on your big day?!! This is THE famous dress style that was made famous in the film BRIDE WARS. The same style worn by the STUNNING Kate Hudson!!

Who doesn't want to be the envy of all in this FAMOUS and knockout dress! It has been so nice to describe the dress simply by the movie title... it always gets a LOT of impressed reactions!

The dress is titled by Vera Wang as "Bride Wars"- a nod at the inspiration behind it's creation.

This particular gown was of course created by Vera at her NEW YORK design studio.
(I literally flew to the USA and nursed it back home to Aus with me! BUT who would't be with this STUNNER of a dress!!)

INCLUSIONS:
- BUSTLE- Yes, responsibly it had a bustle put in for convenience (let me tell you, it felt like a lifesaver come the reception).
- SASH- Vera Wang black grosgrain ribbon sash included. You can wear with the bow in the front (like I did) or stylishly with the bow or knot at the back :).
- ZIPPER- the gorgeous buttons on the back are for show, the dress very handily has an easy invisible zip to help easy and quick changing. The dress also has an inbuilt bra strap type of secure inside the dress so that it holds the dress in place (so you won't have any awkward red carpet type breast slips.. if you get my drift lol!!).

EXTRAS:
- VEIL - $99
Designed and made by the experts at Sew Special (the ONLY recommended Vera Wang seamstress in Australia). They tailored the veil to sit and flow perfectly with the dress. It has a nice light weight clip so your hair doesn't die... always a bonus, right?!

......... As a Final Word.....
I can't begin to say just how amazing this dress is in person. It literally will take your breath away. It did to myself, my family, and my guests. The photo's are great and all that, but seeing it's presence in person is just something else. I know that you will feel the AWE factor when you wear it on your special day TOO! And for this reason is why I've built up the courage to pass it on to the next gorgeous bride. This dress needs to be SHOWN off.

Alterations

Altered by the only Vera Wang recommended seamstress in Australia. I travelled to Sydney especially to have my dress handled by the experts at Sew Special in the CBD. They added extra (removable) padding for support in the chest area and to give you that perfect cleavage.
