Amie's sensational lace Inbal Dror wedding dress is the perfect mix of glamour and elegance, elevating this woodsy wedding to the next level.
"We hosted our nuptials on a California ranch surrounded by friends and family underneath enormous oak trees. Our wedding ceremony was a short and sweet ceremony held on a beautiful grassy lawn underneath oak trees at sunset. We then we shared our celebration inside rustic barns, dancing into the night.
I honestly didn’t try on that many dresses. I’m not a big shopper or a girly-girl and I mostly can be found wearing a t-shirt and jeans. I knew I wanted my dress to have long sleeves so that also limited me to a smaller selection. I actually purchased one dress a little too quickly because that’s how much I don’t like shopping! I was so glad to be done but later realized I jumped the gun. Then I went shopping with three friends and found my dream dress. It was love at first sight and I had to have it.
We hosted a vintage, rustic reception held in a renovated barn. Romantic lighting featuring vintage chandeliers hung from the barn rafters. The linens were all handmade by me and the tables were peppered with vintage milk glass vases and green and white florals. The cake topper was handmade by my grandfather.
My husband and I just bought our first home… a fixer-upper, to say the least. As much as I’d love to keep it, we need to budget for our new home. I know another beautiful woman will love this dress as much as I do and I hope that it finds another special home.
