How do I change the email address on a paid order?

If a seller adds the incorrect email address to a payment then they will need to ask the buyer to cancel the order.

To cancel a paid order the buyer will need to login to their PayPal account or payment method and follow the instructions to cancel the order. This can only be done if the seller has not confirmed the order.

When the order has been canceled, contact us to set the listing as live again in order to add make a new offer.
