How do I remove a conversation from my inbox?
If you would like to remove a conversation from your inbox, you may archive it.
To archive a conversation
Website
- Go to your Inbox
- Click on the conversation
- Click the icon in the top right
- Select Archive
Mobile app
- Select the Inbox tab
- Slide left on the conversation
- Click the icon
Archived conversations will re-appear in your inbox if you send or receive a new message.
